The sponsored projects
It's OUR World! raises money in order to support local child help projects around the world. Senegal, Argentina, China, Switzerland, Russia... so far we have been able to support more than 30 projects around the globe. Here are some examples.
Batouri, Cameroon
A few steps into Cameroon, Médécins Sans Frontières has set up a refugee camp for the victims of the civil war in the Central African Republic. Clashes between Christians and Moslems leave thousands dead, those who make it into the neighboring country are taken care of by MSF.
Phang Nga, Thailand
Home & Life offers a family-like home to children who have become orphans during the tsunami desaster that struck Thailand as well as other countries in the region. It's OUR World! supports the commitment of the home & life team to provide those who have lost everything with caring love and a real perspective for the future.
Kabul, Afghanistan
The Afghan Mobile Mini Circus for Children gives children and teenagers the opportunity to express themselves and to forget the harsh daily life they are confronted with. On top of that, boys and girls are offered classes to have access to education.

Bejing, China
Sun village offers a home to children whose parents are emprisoned or face death penalty. The children live in family-like homes, and receive education as well as a caring environment until they start a life on their own.
Mwanza, Tanzania
Each year the Swiss NGO Velafrica sends thousands of used bicycles to Africa. They not only make a difference to the lifes of those who receive them, they also offer the opportunity to train young people as bicycle-mechanics and provide them with a sustainable income for themselves and their families.
Medellin, Colombia
The child help organization Presencia is committed to supporting vulnerable teenagers in the poorest neighborhoods of Medellin. Here, where the life of many kids are shadowed by poverty and daily violence, Presencia offers team-building activities as well as access to education.
